    The Sr. Analyst functions as a strong individual contributor within the Becker Reporting & Analytics team. The Sr. Analyst will create and deliver reporting and analytics to improve understanding and control of the Becker business. The position requires knowledge across multiple software platforms including ERP, Learning Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Ecommerce, and CRM systems. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with all business functions to provide insightful, accurate, timely, informed reporting and analysis that helps both leadership and operators be informed and improves the ability to make decisions. He/she must possess strong communication and organizational skills in order to consult with business and technical operators across the Becker and AGTE organization.


    • Establish and report management metrics (KPIs) for all functional areas of the business, with an emphasis on finance, operations, and sales.
    • Partner with business and technical leaders at all levels of the organization to identify and meet needs.    
    • Possess sufficient technical knowledge to translate business needs into meaningful reporting/analytics. Data likely sourced across disparate systems and/or environments.
    • Apply basic data analysis techniques (e.g. trending) to develop insights that drive strategic, financial, and operational decisions.
    • Act as a thought leader within the reporting function; leverage best practice to deliver reporting and analytics that are sustainable, repeatable, accurate, and timely. Document all processes used to create reporting/analytics.
    • Liaison with ATGE Digital Center of Excellence, Strategy, and IT teams; leverage corporate resources as appropriate to meet Becker’s reporting and analysis needs.
    • Continuously work to improve the integrity of data, systems, and tools.
    • Continuously work to shift the business away from “person-dependent” reporting through the creation of systems-populated dashboards.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 5 -7 years of reporting and analytics experience; preferably in Professional Education or CPG.
    • Intermediate to advanced skills with coding and report development using advanced analytical tools such as Cognos, MS Power BI, or Tableau.
    • Ability to manage large data sets.   Ability to marry data sets from disparate systems.
    • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases (RN and SFDC).
    • Proficient with database management (Cognos and Oracle).
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Natural curiosity; the ability to foresee questions and proactively answer them.
    • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently, problem solve, and drive to solutions.
    • Ability to prioritize; balance multiple priorities to meet business needs and deadlines.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • An ability to present complex information in a way that colleagues at all levels can understand.
    • Strong Microsoft Office experience required.
    • Must be a team player, willing to share and exchange. 
    • Ability to make ethical decisions, doing what is best for the students as well as the organization. 
    • Discretion; an ability to handle confidential projects.
