  • Opportunity at a Glance

    The primary purpose of this position is to provide exemplary service and support to all customers consistent with the Becker Professional Education philosophy, focusing primarily on handling partner organizations account maintenance, products, price lists, schedules, ecommerce catalog creation and maintenance, and fulfillment and inventory related administrative tasks related to both internal and external customers.


    • Responsible for creating and maintaining inventory within ecommerce system for both physical items and course offerings.
    • Creates and maintains organization (B2B Customer) records in ecommerce system and CRM system.
    • Creates and maintains course schedules in ecommerce system.
    • Creates and maintains price lists for all products and classes in ecommerce system.
    • Creates and maintains pricing rules in ecommerce system.
    • Serves as point of contact for customer inquiries from contact center team.
    • Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for the Becker Pricing and Inventory modules.
    • Assist in testing and implementation of changes to ecommerce system.
    • Mail distribution.
    • Completes other duties as assigned.

    • High School education required.
    • Customer service experience required.
    • Excellent Analytical skills and attention to detail required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Experience using CRM preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
    • Web database experience preferred.
