Opportunity at a Glance

This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing Enterprise clients, while uncovering additional opportunities for growth.  



  • Drive Enterprise usage/engagement across multiple accounts/geographies
  • Provide regular reporting on client service utilization, as well as analysis of usage trends and service opportunities
  • Help define, implement and manage client communication plans to support product usage and growth in accordance with overall account strategy
  • Participate in “on-boarding activities” for new clients
  • Work closely with Customer Service to research and resolve client inquiries and exception requests as required and coordinate client communication/notification plans
  • Monitor/analyze client utilization of products and services to detect and prevent potential cancellations
  • Identify and implement tactics that would increase Enterprise usage
  • Proactively contact clients to check in, answer questions and schedule training if needed
  • Host departmental webinar training sessions
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure positive brand experience
  • Regularly meet with Sales Manager and Account Executives to discuss overall and/or specific client needs and keeping clients engaged in our products and services
  • Meet retention goals as set forth by the Sales Manager




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years direct experience working with clients in a business setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – all programs
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on findings
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills and responsiveness
  • High degree of comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
  • Understands the complex relationships among various stakeholders in the sales process
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation and sales skills
  • Understands and gains access to customer’s short and long range planning objectives
