Opportunity at a Glance

The primary purpose of the position is to support in the digital marketing and inquiry generation on-going optimization function.  This is accomplished by managing vendor relationships through day-to-day tasks and project cycles, in addition to performing inquiry monitoring via tracking reports and completing budget reconciliations of vendor invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the day-to-day relationships with affiliate/pay-per-click (“PPC”) vendors and agencies by overseeing the implementation of vendor projects while working with other internal departments.
  • Performs inquiry monitoring for affiliate advertising by resolving misrepresentation issues, bad inquiries and credit processing from vendors while following reporting compliance procedures.
  • Produce reporting on digital marketing initiatives, such as vendor campaigns, inquiry generation or banner advertising in addition to business key performance indicators, such as lead volume, trends and conversion rates.
  • Assists with budget planning and reconciliation of invoices and accruals
  • Prepares vendor performance analysis related to terms of the agreement, inquiry volume, staying within budget and minimizing the cost per inquiry.
  • Acts as liaison between campus and vendors to address marketing needs and current inquiry quality issues.
  • Assists in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and related materials, including, but not limited to: digital assets, print ads, brochures, videos, photographs, presentations, and direct mail.
  • Works on special projects as necessary.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in specialization relevant to field
  • 3 years minimum working experience within the areas of digital marketing or education marketing and sales required. Database experience, affiliate and PPC online marketing experience preferred. 
  • Experience working in an analytical capacity is required, as well as working with data for reporting and analysis, budgeting and managing the invoice reconciliation and accruals.
  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, Excel,  PowerPoint, database software and reporting software
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects. Very good analytical skills.
