Opportunity at a Glance

Associate Brand Managers assist in the planning, development, execution and coordination of Becker integrated marketing plans.  ABM's orchestrate monthly cross functional team business and product updates, and analyses for the business vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day internal operations of the marketing team (project management, budgeting, running meetings, reporting etc).
  • Ensures the brand is accurately and consistently represented across all touch points – both internal and external.
  • Develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns and oversees creation of marketing collateral including, but not limited to: brochures, digital assets, print ads, videos, photographs, presentations, and direct mail. Assists in the production of promotional videos.
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships with the advertising agency of record, public, fulfillment house and others as necessary.
  • Works with team members to integrate campaigns into our web design, prospect nurturing campaigns, and all applicable operations inclusive of student services and enrollment services.
  • Oversees adherence to compliance standards, trademarked assets, and works on special projects as necessary.

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, MBA preferred.
  • 1-2 years in CPG Marketing. - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and web applications. 
  • ROI measurement, metrics development to assess ROI.
  • Competency with digital marketing tactics, comfortable assessing data, and understanding digital attribution.
  • Strong management/supervisory background, professional presentation skills, demonstrated leadership abilities in order to implement planned campaign rollouts. 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential, as position involves extensive contact with co-management and internal/external customers.
  • Ability to mulit-task in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and financial principles. Extensive web site management/creative experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
