The Senior Specialist, Integrated Marketing is responsible for overseeing all of Becker Professional Education’s multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Brand and Creative Services Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, development, execution and measurement of campaigns, promotions, and tactics across a variety of channels.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, execution and coordination of integrated, multi-channel initiatives for Becker’s emerging accounting products.

The Senior Director, Technology and Product Development is responsible for architecting, developing, delivering and supporting Becker’s proprietary learning solutions. This position owns the learning software development life cycle, sets the strategy and vision for Becker’s software development, and actively directs and supports the design, delivery, enhancement and support. This position leads a software development team with global scope and skills covering requirements translation, sprint management, software architecture, software development, data management, quality assurance and DevOps engineering. This position is a member of the Becker leadership team and reports directly to the President, Becker with dotted-line responsibility to the Vice President, Technology for the Adtalem Financial Services vertical.
This role is responsible for assisting in student success through proactive and accurate account assessment and student finance advising. This position manages a portfolio of 850-900 students (either undergraduate or graduate or a combination thereof) to ensure that all students have the appropriate guidance to make informed financial resource decisions. Reports directly to the Account Management Manager and supports students regardless of service modality. Works closely with Student Central, and other departments to research and resolve any student financing issues. This colleague is charged with being a role model for the organization TEACH values and fosters a culture of CARE consistent with the organization’s mission, vision, and purpose.
