The Manager, Billing and Receivables, who reports to the Director of Client Services, will directly lead a Billing and Receivables Supervisor and indirectly lead Client Services Representatives. Working cross-functionally, both within Becker and the Adtalem enterprise, this Manager is responsible for ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly reporting, is accurate and timely. Further ensuring financial reconciliation, reporting and exemplary service is provided to all customers, both internal and external. The Manager will focus on resolving client issues accurately, timely and professionally, aligned to organization values. On an on-going basis, the manager will need to identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting efficiencies and maintaining overall exemplary service.
The Account Manager (AM) is the face of Becker Professional Education (Becker) to students, clients, and business partners. The AM will provide a high level of product knowledge about Becker, the CPA Exam, CPE requirements and other industry information to clients, partners and individual prospects at assigned universities, firms, societies, corporations and government agencies. AM’s excel at growing their account revenue and enrollments by providing excellent customer service and account management. Through a consultative approach, the AM has the ability to provide added value to Becker partners by accurately assessing the needs of students, staff and clients in their market, and providing creative solutions for them.
